High-Precision Custom Parts Manufacturing (China Factory)

Why US

Choose our CNC machining service

We offer global CNC machining services, specializing in high-precision, customizable metal and plastic parts manufacturing. From rapid prototyping to mass production, from simple tooling fixtures to complex multifaceted geometries, we can complete manufacturing with consistent accuracy and controllable delivery times.

Leveraging our mature multi-axis machining system and large-scale production capabilities, we help you solve three core problems: whether the parts can be manufactured, whether the precision meets the standards, and whether the delivery is reliable.

If you already have CAD drawings, you can proceed directly to the quotation and manufacturing process; if your parts are still in the design stage, our processing capabilities are also suitable for subsequent mass production needs.

Our CNC machining capabilities

Our CNC machining capabilities cover everything from basic structural components to highly complex functional parts, suitable for applications with specific requirements for precision, stability, and consistency.

Component complexity

It can process complex geometric parts ranging from simple two-dimensional structures to multi-curved, multi-angle, and multi-process parts, and is suitable for functional parts, assemblies, and high-requirement industrial parts.

Machining accuracy

The standard machining tolerance can be controlled within ±0.02 mm, meeting the requirements of precision CNC machining and high-consistency assembly.

Delivery cycle

With clear processes and confirmed materials, delivery can be achieved in as little as 5 working days, balancing speed and quality stability.

Equipment and Production Capacity Structure

  • More than 300 CNC milling centers (3-axis and 5-axis)
  • Nearly 100 CNC turning centers

This scale allows us not only to produce complex parts, but also to reliably support medium to large-volume production.

This means that you are not dealing with a processing plant that is only good at processing single or simple parts, but a mature CNC machining supply system that can maintain a balance between complexity, precision and capacity.

CNC milling and turning capabilities

To ensure the optimal combination of cost, precision, and delivery time for different types of parts, we have broken down the CNC machining process into two core capabilities: milling and turning.

CNC milling is suitable for planar, cavitary, complex contour, and multi-faceted parts, and is the most common process for precision CNC machining parts.

5-axis CNC machining

  • Suitable for parts with complex curved surfaces, multi-angle structures, and high precision requirements.
  • By reducing the number of clamping operations, cumulative errors are reduced, and overall geometric consistency is improved.

3-axis / 3+2-axis CNC milling

  • Suitable for batch production of relatively regular-structured, cost-sensitive parts that still require stable precision.
  • It has significant advantages in terms of efficiency and cost control.

This combination allows us to select the most suitable processing solution based on the part’s structure itself, rather than the capabilities of a single piece of equipment.

CNC turning is mainly used for rotationally symmetrical parts, and is especially critical for applications that have high requirements for coaxiality, roundness and surface consistency.

  • Suitable for shafts, sleeves, cylindrical and rotating parts.
  • It can stably control coaxiality and roundness to meet assembly and functional component requirements.
  • Can be combined with milling processes to achieve the machining of composite structure parts.

By combining turning and milling processes in a reasonable way, we can optimize the overall machining efficiency and cost structure while ensuring accuracy.

Machinable part size range

To ensure the feasibility of the design during the manufacturing phase, we focus on evaluating part dimensions, structural proportions, and feature details early in the project. Below is the range of standard sizes covered by our current CNC machining capabilities, meeting the needs of most industrial and engineering applications.

CNC milling dimensional capability

  • 3-axis / 3+2-axis CNC milling

The maximum part size can reach 2000 × 1500 × 200 mm, suitable for large structural parts, plate parts and multi-station machining needs.

  • Five-axis CNC milling

The maximum part size is 650 × 650 × 300 mm, making it more suitable for parts with complex curved surfaces, multi-angle features, and high precision requirements.

CNC turning dimensional capability

  • Maximum machining diameter: 431 mm
  • Maximum machining length: 990 mm

It is suitable for various types of shafts, sleeves, and rotationally symmetrical parts, and can be combined with milling processes according to requirements.

Minimum size and feature capability

  • Recommended minimum part size: 10 × 10 × 10 mm
  • Minimum machinable feature size: 0.5 mm

This allows us to machine small, precision parts while maintaining structural strength and machining stability.

By clearly defining the dimensional capabilities, we can determine whether a part is suitable for CNC machining and whether structural adjustments are needed to achieve better manufacturing results during the quotation stage.

CNC machining materials

We support CNC machining of more than 50 metals and engineering plastics, and can select appropriate materials and processing strategies based on part function, strength requirements, usage environment and cost objectives.

Commonly used metallic materials include:

  • Aluminum alloy

These materials are widely used in electronics, medical, automation equipment, and consumer products, and can meet performance requirements such as wear resistance, insulation, or transparency while ensuring dimensional accuracy.

In the actual processing, we not only focus on “whether it can be processed”, but also on the dimensional stability, surface quality and long-term performance of the material after processing.

Surface treatment and post-treatment capabilities

After CNC machining, the surface finish often directly affects the assembly effect, functional performance, and final appearance of the part. Depending on different application requirements, we can provide various surface treatment and post-processing solutions based on CNC machining to help parts meet design and usage requirements.

Available surface treatment capabilities include:

Smoothing/Fine machining

Used to improve machining texture and enhance the surface consistency of parts, suitable for assemblies and functional components.
